The Church - Rest and Satisfaction, Marcia Zayas

After a series of personal and bitter experiences and also experiences of spiritual deadness in the denomination where I met, the Lord sovereignly took me to the city of New York, where for the first time I heard about the local church, and in a short time I began to meet with the local church in New York City.

The first thing I sensed was the sweetness that was being manifested from the brothers and sisters. Their care for me in the middle of my situation, resulted in something of life. Hallelujah! I was able to experience the place where the Lord finds rest and satisfaction, which is in the church. (John 12: 1-3). I experienced it and continue to experience it even today.

In the local church I have been able to enjoy and experience Christ fully. I have also been able to see the expression of His Body universally, expressed in all the local churches.

Hallelujah, for the rich and abundant supply of Christ that I found in the church!

I now have rest and satisfaction!
